Why we started Streamline BioOps
Too many strong scientific teams lose to weaker proposals — not because their science isn't good enough, but because grant strategy, operational readiness, and commercialization planning are disciplines most founders never had to learn before. We built Streamline BioOps to close that gap. We work with a select number of clients at a time because high-impact support requires real attention. We don't hand off work. We show up.

Rachel Reboulet, MBA

Rachel brings nearly 20 years of life sciences experience spanning lab operations, quality systems, and commercialization strategy. She has worked with early-stage biotech and medtech teams to build the operational and funding infrastructure needed to grow — from first grant submission through scale-up. She founded Streamline BioOps to give founders the strategic support she wished had existed earlier in her career.
Cassondra Axen, PhD
CSO, Streamline BioOps
Cassondra holds a PhD in Pharmacology and brings deep scientific and research expertise to every engagement. With extensive experience in study design, scientific positioning, and regulatory environments — and a proven track record developing winning grant submissions — she bridges the gap between rigorous science and fundable strategy. She joined Streamline BioOps to help researchers tell their stories in ways that win, without losing the integrity of the science.
