Is the discovery call really free?
Yes — no strings attached. The call is for both of us to figure out if it's the right fit. We don't pitch on discovery calls.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on our current client load. We'll be transparent about availability on the discovery call. If timing is urgent, mention it in your message.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Our grant strategy work is primarily focused on US federal and state programs, but we work with international companies pursuing US funding.
What if I only need help with one thing?
That's fine — we scope every engagement individually. You don't have to take on everything at once. We'll figure out what makes sense on the call.
What stage of company do you work with?
We work with pre-seed through Series B biotech and medtech companies. We've also supported academic spinouts preparing for their first commercialization step.
How do you charge for your services? Every situation is different.
We scope each engagement and provide a proposal with clear deliverables and pricing. We don't publish rates because every situation is different.
