   Once we align on scope, we’ll dive into the discovery phase. This may include workflow reviews, interviews with key team members, and access to relevant systems or documentation.

4. Execution & Collaboration
   We provide hands-on consulting—sharing drafts, recommendations, SOPs, or project updates on a regular cadence. You’ll always know where things stand.

5. Investor-Ready Monthly Reporting (ROI & KPIs)
   Each month, we deliver a board-ready report and dashboard showing measurable ROI and key KPIs—on-time milestones, first-pass success, CAPA cycle time, unit cost/test, vendor SLA performance, and savings/runway impact (with simple ROI math: hours saved + vendor savings + avoided repeats). It’s designed for you to share directly with investors and your Board of Directors.

How does pricing work?

We primarily work on an hourly basis so you only pay for what you need, when you need it. This allows us to tailor support to your company’s stage, priorities, and budget. Whether you’re seed-stage or post-Series B, we’ll scope the work together and align on an approach that makes sense for your resources.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on the scope. A foundational operations assessment might take 2–3 weeks, while ISO readiness or LIMS implementation could span 3-6 months. We'll always provide a clear timeline and deliverables upfront.
